The matter as you would work it
- An intake queue fed by the estimate funnel and the repair shops.
- A quick screen on rules you approved, with your name on the version.
- The file with every record, the evidence pack, the signed appraisal beside it.
- The demand drafted and waiting for your click, under your name, from your domain.
- The carrier's moves with drafted responses, the (d1) timeline, the umpire protocol.
What the software does, and what only you do
- The software drafts everything, each draft with its reasons for the reviewer.
- Only a lawyer sends, agrees a figure, files or advises the client. Every one of those decisions is recorded.
- No acceptance or throughput metrics. No firm dropped for declining a draft.
Drafts in this console are prepared by software for review by a lawyer of the firm. Nothing is sent, agreed or filed until a lawyer decides to do it. The firm is responsible for all outputs.
The money
- Contingency on ordinary claims, the appraisal advanced as a case expense.
- A big-case lane for the claims that warrant it.
- A fixed services fee, invoiced monthly, never a percentage of fees, never per matter.
Terms pending the services agreement and counsel review.
Where the cases come from
- The free estimate funnel on this site.
- Repair shops, who see the lost value first.
- The directory of North Carolina firms.
- An outcome database you can read.
The appraisal you would be relying on
- Signed by Snapline Appraisal's licensed appraiser, or by any appraiser you choose. The signer is responsible for its contents.
- The method and the market exhibits behind every line, built to hold up against a carrier's vendor.
- The appraiser's analysis is editable with a rationale and a recalculation.
Just want to be listed?
Any North Carolina firm that meets the listing requirements can be listed, free, and receives applications directly. Contingency only.
How firms are listedFirms pay nothing to be listed. Firms may separately buy [Platform]'s case software at the same published price offered to any lawyer. Buying it does not affect whether a firm is listed, where it appears, or whether it receives applications. You pay nothing to use this directory.
[Platform] and [Appraisal Co.] have the same owner. Listed firms may hire [Appraisal Co.] for appraisals, which clients may be charged for under their agreement with the firm. Hiring it is not required to be listed.
Wording pending counsel review.
